I am done overthinking everything

This week was one of the most challenging for me , Its frustrating to be good at something and with overthinking and under pressure you loose all your abilities . That silly voice that comes and say your are maybe not good enough , try harder . all that because you want to over do your self.

Jaison Engay said : Don't get too deep , it leads to overthinking ,And over thinking leads to problems that doesn't even exist in the first place .

Well for me its time to let go and be my self again .
